We aim to help your business with SEO and digital marketing, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as ranking positions, traffic volumes or revenue). Any projections or estimates are illustrative and not binding.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rankify’s total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

The term “Rankify Team” is used to convey our collective capability and execution potential. It does not imply the presence of individual professionals by those titles. The designation reflects our brand’s ability to execute services described herein.
